Road to Compassion is the ultimate eight-week lifestyle and nutrition plan with a core focus on plant-based, whole foods.
The Road to Compassion plan enables people to grow their confidence and smile easily whilst becoming their dream version of themselves and feel better than they ever have before.

"Not only has it addressed some long standing health issues, but it has given me a new lease on life," states Helen from Northland, with Donna from Hamilton. She adds: "I FEEL WONDERFUL! No I’m not shouting, well I could be from the roof tops, I’m just ecstatic”!

Lizzie Upperton (stay at home mum to Jack, 4, Summer, 2, and Grace, 1) from Cambridge, wrote the plan for those wanting to give this incredibly rewarding way of eating a shot but without the hard work. It was clear this was a definite ---downside when transitioning to a whole food, plant- based diet.  Lizzie started her journey to better health (along with her family) after watching the documentaries ‘Forks over Knives’ and ‘Earthlings’. They were convincing enough for her to throw caution to the wind and cut out her favourite foods ie meat, dairy and eggs.  Subsequently,  left her looking and feeling better than she could have ever imagined whilst having absolutely no desire to eat those foods again.
As Celia from Auckland puts it “I recommend everyone give it a go – it is only 8 weeks"!
