The ANZ Championship has signed International Sports Clothing (ISC) as its new official on-court apparel provider.

In a three year deal, ISC will exclusively produce all match dresses and replica apparel through its teamwear division for the competition’s five Australian and five New Zealand teams, commencing in season 2011.

ANZ Championship General Manager Anthony Everard said, “We are pleased to welcome ISC as our official apparel provider as the competition enters the next stage in its development.

Everard stated that an important factor in the league’s decision to work with ISC was the company’s experience in producing supporter garments for other sporting codes including the AFL and NRL.

“Having established a strong supporter base in our first three years as a league, we are excited about the opportunities presented by working with a specialist apparel provider.

“From the outset of our discussions with ISC, we have been impressed by their enthusiasm and vision, and we look forward to developing a broad range of quality garments which will capture the imagination of our passionate supporter base”, said Everard.

ISC CEO Brett Corrick said, “The ANZ Championship provides a fantastic opportunity for ISC to grow and expand our brand at this elite level. The ANZ Championship is the world’s pinnacle netball league and we are proud that from season 2011 their elite athletes will wear ISC performance apparel.

“The launch of ISC into women’s sport is a significant part of our business plan, and to have the opportunity with this calibre of competition is very exciting. We look forward to building our relationship with the sport of netball over the next three years”, he said.

The 2011 ANZ Championship season will commence on 13 February. For further information, please visit anz-championship.com.
