New Zealand's original zipline company welcomes new 'Ziptrekker'

Award-winning Queenstown tourism company Ziptrek Ecotours is pleased to welcome new sales executive Will Murphy.

Mr Murphy has been introduced to focus on local and national retail sales as well as handling group sales enquiries and regional promotions.

Ziptrek Sales & Marketing Manager Nicky Busst said she was very happy to have Mr Murphy as part of the team.

“As New Zealand’s original zipline tour company, appointing Will is a strategic decision to find someone who is well known in the local community and has the personality and skill set to take this key area of our business to the next level,” she said.

Mr Murphy said he welcomed the “fantastic opportunity” to join a company that was growing with an amazing reputation and great people.

“Ziptrek has created a real buzz around town in only a short space of time and I wanted to be a part of that,” he said.

Will’s previous experience includes five years in Queenstown working in front line sales and guest relations. Most recently he worked at a Queenstown-based luxury hotel where he was involved in event organisation, front line sales and reservations.

Mr Murphy started in his new role on Monday November 19th.
