Amanda’s Homebased Early Childhood Education has established itself firmly as a leading, quality homebased education option for parents in the greater Auckland area.

Amanda’s Homebased Early Childhood Education, which was established in 1999, provides homebased care for children aged 0-5. Their service is focused on education and care, and they boast a number of highly trained, experienced Educational Team Leaders.

“All of our Educators are expected to be in continual training and we encourage further recognised training, alongside professional development and in house training,” says Amanda McIntosh, Managing Director.

Amanda’s Homebased Early Childhood Education’s services include a pre-literacy programme and a “Readyness for School” programme, which focuses on preparing children for the classroom environment.

Children are cared for in their Educator’s homes and are provided with a safe, appropriate and stimulating play environment. The focus is on small group sizes to enhance children’s learning, with a one adult to four children ratio.

Amanda’s Homebased Early Childhood Education offers affordable fees, including a second child discount. Some families may also be eligible for a WINZ Childcare subsidy.
