Public Holiday Rubbish Collections (over the holiday season)
Hamilton City Council collects residential rubbish and recycling once a week. There is no recycling and refuse collection on public holidays. Where a public holiday occurs, collection will be one day later than usual for the rest of the week - meaning areas that normally have a Friday collection will have recycling and refuse collected on Saturday.
