TOPEC charged over Paritutu Tragedy in New Plymouth

BREAKING NEWS:TOPEC has been charged in New Plymouth high court this evening regarding the TOPEC tragedy which killed three people.

August 2012 two Spotswood College students and one TOPEC instructor.
