Casio G-Shock announces Bluetooth watch that links with Smartphones
Casio is excited to announce the NZ launch of the new Bluetooth v4.0 enabled next-generation G-SHOCK – an innovation in timepiece technology allowing the watch to communicate with smartphones.
Bluetooth v4.0 is the latest low-energy technology from Bluetooth and it’s pairing with the new G-Shock model will put convenience at the users finger tips every day. Linking the G-Shock with a Bluetooth v4.0 iPhone enables a host of useful features and functions including incoming call and mail alerts on the G-Shock, Phone Finder, Link Loss Alert, Auto Time update and more. Furthermore, all functions are powered by a single button-type battery with a battery life of approximately two years.
And of course, this brand new timepiece is protected by world-renowned G-Shock shock resistance – thus creating the smartest and toughest G-shock yet!
