BAY OF PLENTY

As official Bayfair Baywide Club Rugby sponsor and proud Steamers supporters, Bayfair Shopping Centre is giving local fans the opportunity to get up close and personal with their favourite team during the school holidays.

For parents looking for ways their kids can let off some school holiday steam, all available members of the Steamers rugby team will be visiting the centre next week on a revolving roster, from Wednesday 24 July to Sunday 28 July.

Up and coming young rugby players who want to master the standout flanker moves of Matt Clutterbuck, or learn how to pass with confidence will not want to miss these free sessions! The Steamers players will help participants to develop ball handling skills and put them through their paces by testing their efforts against their local heroes. Challenges will also include rowing machines, standing jumps and box jumps.

For those not wanting to break a sweat, the whole team will be in centre for photo opportunities and autographs on Sunday 28 July.

The Details:
Location: Between Esquires and Wendy's (near the Countdown entrance), Bayfair Shopping Centre
Dates & Times: Wednesday 24 July to Friday 26 July sessions will be held at 10am – 12pm and again at 1pm – 3pm.
