Ray White Bischopdale's Tariq Kundan wins yet another Premier Award
RAY WHITE Bischopdale real estate agent Tariq Kundan recently added yet another New Zealand Premier Award to his growing collection.
Mr Kundan received his prize from Ray White New Zealand chief executive Carey Smith at Christchurch’s Rosebank Estate on November 21.
It means he has now won the award four times since joining Ray White in 2006.
The Premier Award is a nationally recognised prize which acknowledges top-performing Ray White real estate agents.
Mr Kundan collected his fourth gong after meeting his yearly target at the start of the third quarter of 2013.
“Most salespeople wouldn’t achieve in 12 months what I did in seven,” he says.
“I’m quite happy with that. It shows if you go in, work hard and get the job done, the results will follow.”
Mr Kundan’s most recent accolade is proof that he is a proactive, hard-working and innovative real estate agent who knows the industry well, acts with honesty and integrity and delivers what he says he’s going to deliver.
So, too, are the Ray White Elite Awards he collected in 2008, 2010 and 2011.
Despite being recognised for his stellar work throughout his career, Mr Kundan says winning awards are not the be-all and end-all for him.
Instead it is about ensuring he achieves the best result for his clients.
“Winning awards is satisfactory, but I get more satisfaction from seeing the client get the result they are after so they can move forward with their life,” he says.
“My aim is to get my clients the very best result in the shortest amount of time and with the best service.”
Winning another Ray White Premier Award further reinforces that that is exactly what Mr Kundan does.
