Hamilton-based social media and public relations company MediaPA is pleased to be a sponsor of the new MEN Intiative.

This community-based project will provide the forum to empower men.

MEN is an exciting new initiative created as a result of the Police Prevention First Strategy.

It is challenging staff like Hamilton Community Police Constable Paul Tierney to better combat crime collaboratively within the community.

The MEN initiative is designed to not only promote what is already in place but to also challenge organisations to work with MEN to enhance service delivery that better attracts the at risk in the community.

“By ‘at risk’ I mean those men who are falling through the gaps in the system, men who are struggling to control their anger, men who are lacking confidence and longing for respect and the list goes on,” says Mr Tierney.

“MEN is community-based and focussed. It is important we all pitch in and help and your assistance is invaluable. The whole community can benefit from this initiative.”

MediaPA provides the best-performing social media strategies and implementation combined with PR.

MediaPA is providing all sized businesses in New Zealand, Asia and Australia with the total solution to branding and on line marketing.

Its unique ability to combine social media with PR gives it the edge in the market place.

The MEN logo was originally sketched by Hamiltonian George Ryder before being passed on to MediaPA for final graphic design.
