Top Hamilton accommodation providers Argent Motor Lodge are industry leaders in Social Giving

Argent Motor Lodge in Hamilton are leaders in the community for their philosophy on Social Giving and philanthropy.

“Richard and I have always had an interest in philanthropy, but we never through that we would ever be in a position to do so,” says Clare Gallagher, co-owner of Argent Motor Lodge.

“We are now thrilled to be in a position to help others in our community,” says Clare

Clare and Richard are sponsors of Cambridge-based runner Camille Buscomb. “We are really proud to have a chance to become aligned with someone of Camille’s calibre and we are really excited to be in a position to be able to sponsor her,” says Clare Gallagher co-owner of Argent Motor Lodge in Hamilton.

“Clare and Richard have been really awesome in terms of supporting me and having belief in my athletics,” says Camille Buscomb.

To celebrate their recent 2nd Birthday Argent Motor Lodge gave away Chiefs home game rugby tickets to deserving families. “Being our second birthday we wanted to be the ones giving the presents - so after much thought, we decided upon giving away Chiefs home game rugby tickets to one deserving family for each home game. It’s our chance to celebrate with more than just us and our guests, but also the wider community,” said Clare

Their philanthropic attitude event extends to their loyalty card. The Loyalty Card will reward those who frequently stay at Argent Motor Lodge in Hamilton. One of their rewards is $50 donation to Ronald McDonald House.

The other way in which Argent Motor Lodge provides support to their wider community is through the gifting of accommodation vouchers for the use of fundraising. Since opening, they have given away over $1500 in accommodation vouchers. Most recently for fundraising by The Mercia Burns Trust and to Mel Edmonds-Smith. The Mercia Burns Trust supports and promotes research covering a variety of subjects in the area of women's and reproductive health while Mel Edmonds-Smith is fundraising to become part of a short-term Christian mission team heading to Nepal in support of isolated villages.
