Luke: Rising star at BT Plumbing

As one of the fastest growing names in the Auckland plumbing industry, BT Plumbing and Gas is a strong believer in the role of its young workers in the industry.
One of BT Plumbing’s freshest faces is Luke Clark who joined the company last year to continue his career as a plumber and gas fitter.
Luke talks about how the diversity of the job attracted him to plumbing, saying that “every day is different in maintenance plumbing - I can do up to six jobs a day, meeting new people at every job.
General Manager Bruce Trenwith believes that Luke is an asset to the industry as he embodies BT Plumbing’s core values of respect, honesty, quality service and a willingness to stand behind his workmanship and you don’t have to look far to find customers to back that up:
“I have just had Luke come out to fix a blocked drain and leaking over flow valve. He was slightly early which was great and fixed both of our issues very quickly and professionally. He also, explained the issue with the over flow valve and broke down the invoice for me which was great. Luke was really good to deal with and an asset to BT Plumbing,” says one satisfied customer.
Another said: “We needed a pipe fixed under the sink. Luke did a fantastic job, and took the steep driveway in his stride literally! As I was travelling from work to meet him it was great that he called to let me know his ETA. I will certainly use BT plumbing again and will check to see if Luke is available. Very professional”.
Following previous work at other companies, Luke got in touch with BT Plumbing after seeing all of their positive feedback online. From that day he has never looked back saying he thoroughly enjoys working at BT Plumbing, “they have a great staff, an awesome bunch of people to work with,” he said.
Luke also credits BT Plumbing’s customer base who are very appreciative of the service they receive. Great customers come to the company that goes the extra mile, which is one of the things Luke enjoys most about working at BT Plumbing and Gas.
