Argent Motor Lodge wins Hotels.com Loved by Guests Gold Award 2017
Leading Hamilton accommodation provider Argent Motor Lodge adds another trophy to cabinet as it snags the Hotels.com Loved by Guests Gold Award for 2017

The Loved by Guests Awards is an annual awards programme based on genuine guest reviews and experiences registered on the Hotels.com online accommodation site.
“This is a testament to our unwavering commitment to achieving excellence in guest service and satisfaction,” comments Graeme.
Argent Motor Lodge, which is also currently number one on Trip Advisor and Booking.com, is the only Hamilton Hotel to receive the award.
“We read all our hotels.com reviews, and we make a commitment to take all feedback on board and make any changes necessary to keep our valued guests happy,” says Graeme.
Hotels.com has over 25 million trusted, genuine guest reviews on its website and is seeing a shift in reviews becoming a more powerful influence as these can be read instantly on travellers’ smartphones on the go.
To find this year's best of the best, the travel experts analysed millions of guest reviews, with 2,500 hotels across 87 countries being recognized as truly outstanding. Those taking home the top prize of a Loved by Guests Gold Award* have all achieved an average guest review rating of 4.7 or higher (out of 5).
Argent Motor Lodge has won the Travellers’ Choice Award for Hotels for five consecutive years, in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The Travellers’ Choice Award for Hotels is the highest honour given by TripAdvisor.
