These boosters can kick up the pressure ratio of all applications utilising compressed air or nitrogen by a wide margin, with three stages available (factor 2,7 and 2,9 per compression stage), allowing users to build up pressure over a pre-determined length of time while ensuring consistency and safety.

As is the case with many of Atlas Copco’s industrial equipment, the boosters come equipped with their state-of-the-art XC4004 smart controller, which provides a constant flow of up-to-the-minute monitoring information, allowing users to increase productivity, decrease downtime and ensure total safety and economy.
“In case of pending failure, the controller will protect your investment by automatically shutting down and thus avoiding damage to core components. It will also indicate when preventive maintenance is required, avoiding unexpected downtime,” Yuri says.
“The controller informs through audible alarms if the temperature of the cylinder valves reaches a certain level, even indicating the specific valve that requires maintenance.”
