Fatal crash: Mangakino

Police can confirm one person has died following a crash on Waipapa Road, Mangakino earlier Monday.

The two-vehicle crash was reported just after 4pm.

One person died at the scene, two others have been seriously injured.

The road remains closed, motorists are advised to avoid the area.
