Success For Tararua i-SITE
Scoring an overall 96% in a national i-Site survey is a success story for team at the Tararua i-Site.
The survey conducted by a mystery shopper scored the site 100% in office presentation, 100 % in customer service and 80% in telephone service placing it among the top eight in the i-SITES that were surveyed.
The same customer visited each site and asked the same questions to ensure that a consistent standard was applied.
Surveys are conducted annually with each of the 81 sites visited on alternate years.
I-SITE manager Carole Wilton said that this was the team’s best result so far.
“We are very pleased and are always striving to improve our service and the i-SITE for our customers”
