Grant Earns Call-up to Silver Ferns Squad

Netball New Zealand has confirmed today current NZA squad member, defender Katrina Grant (Southern Steel) has been called-up to the Silver Ferns Squad on the back of some strong performances recently as an invitee to the Silver Fern squad camps. Katrina was also a member of the NZU21 Team that won gold at the 2005 World Youth Cup



Silver Ferns Coach Ruth Aitken said Grant had taken the opportunities presented to her and played her way into the Silver Ferns Squad. Katrina’s inclusion brings the current Silver Fern Squad up to 15 players.
