Coffee with Rick and Rob

A desire for improved community engagement will see Council representatives, Mayor Rick Cooper and CEO Rob Williams, kicking off regular coffee mornings next week with anyone who wants to come along for a chat.

Sierra Café on Tongariro Street will host the first of these early morning coffee sessions on Wednesday 15 April, at 7.30am.

This is your opportunity to get face to face with the Mayor and CEO for an hour or so, ask them questions, tell them what you like and don’t like and what you want to see from Council in the future.

“This is something a bit different we thought we would try to capture feedback from members of the Taupo community that wish to come along,” said Mayor Rick.

Sierra are providing discounted coffee and muffins will be available so attendees don’t need to go hungry.
