Aussie Scam Buster to help EUFA
EUFA Executives has invited Australian Denise Brailey to New Zealand to assist in EUFAs goals in seeking recovery for investors.
Denise Bailey, unwittingly became a crusader when
she discovered the dealings of an Austrian
property developer Henry Kaye. She challenged Mr
Kayes operation at the highest level and the
results in the end were of great outcome for
Australians.
The reports on Kayes operation are so similar to
NZ's BlueChip scam that EUFA executives made a
direct approach to Ms Brailey to discuss ways
forward for the Victims.
Suzanne Edmonds said today "Denise Brailey has
agreed to come to New Zealand and work with EUFA
and share her knowledge and skills in progressing
remedies for the BlueChip and other finance
company collapses. Ms Edmonds also added "We feel
very encouraged and positive that we have found
someone who has achieved what we have all set out
to achieve.
Like BlueChip Kayes advisors gave advice. They
would use the so-called "dead equity" in their
home to buy off-the-plan purchases of CBD units
and then they would suggest you buy five of these
units. Say $125,000 was needed to secure that by
using the security over their homes. The second
part was the lenders, those that said, "Yes, we
have $200,000 equity in their homes. So they would
be convinced to take out large amounts of money in
the equity in their homes and channel it all
through the advisor' trust accounts, and that
money then, was used to pay the mortgage payments
of the lawyers who had set up the contracts and
had indeed first mortgages on various projects,
Those people now face losing their homes.
Australian Banks put pressure on lenders in the
same way we are seeing happen here and Ms Brailey
challenged this.
Like EUFA Ms Brailey is adamant that the state
have an obligation to take action and ensure
current laws are enforced.
In Australia, Investors were blamed along with
being labelled greedy. The same attitude and
blame has been put on New Zealanders from
Government level down. Suzanne Edmonds and Denise
Brailey have the same commitment to dispel this
disgraceful attitude and seek justice.
