RSP submissions deadline extended

Hastings District Council has extended the deadline for submissions on the proposed Regional Sports Park to give the public more time to share their views on the proposal with the Council.

The deadline has been extended to Friday 30 May 2008. The original deadline was Monday 26 May.

Sixty-five submissions have been received so far.

The hearing of submissions will take place on 16 and 17 June 2008. At these hearings submitters will get a chance to speak on their submission if they choose to.
