ANZ Championship - Umpire Announcement

We are pleased to advise that the umpire appointments have been confirmed for the Semi-Finals of the 2008 ANZ Championship.

The appointments are as follows;

- Please note, for personal reasons Sharon Kelly (Aust) was not available for selection this week. It is anticipated that she will be available for consideration for the Preliminary and Grand Final.

Umpire Selection;
In accordance with the ANZ Championship guidelines; at the end of the round robin competition, the Australian Umpiring Panel nominated their selection of the best two Australian umpires and the New Zealand Umpiring Panel nominated their selection of the best two New Zealand umpires. Selection was then made based on these nominations.
