Complaint laid to Law Society against Wellington Barrister
Last week on behalf of the EUFA organization, coordinator Suzanne Edmonds laid a complaint with the Law Society against a Wellington Barrister.
The conduct of the Barrister is deemed serious but the complaint was made after consideration, as the common attitude by members of the organization was to ignore the behavior and it would go away. However due to the Barristers continuous strange behavior intensifying it became frightening, particularly for Suzanne Edmonds.
Early this year the threats were exposed but a complaint was not laid.
However in recent weeks the Barrister has called five organizations, known to EUFA, discrediting EUFA and seriously defaming Suzanne Edmonds.
Researcher for EUFA Lyn Mason said from Hamilton today “As an organization we have had enough of the stress these actions place on Suzanne, as her efforts are remarkable and the actions of this Barrister need investigating.”
Since 1st August EUFA became aware that the Wellington Barrister was again attacking Suzanne Edmonds, who is the founder of EUFA. The Barrister has made pleas to those he contacts to disassociate them selves with EUFA. He has also contacted the media making scurrilous claims.
Reportedly he phones stating he is a Wellington Barrister and then request “confidentiality” and then begins his attack.
