Melamine Results at 17 September 2008

These are the results from tests of infant formula sold on the New Zealand market. None showed any contamination with melamine.

NZFSA carried out the test as a precaution, following reports from China of illness in babies (particularly kidney disease) associated with contaminated infant formula.
