New Societies and Trusts website helps to commemorate Incorporated Societies Act

The Ministry of Economic Development released a new look Incorporated Societies and Charitable Trusts website on the 7th of October 2008. The new website coincides with the centennial of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 which was celebrated in mid September.

The introduction of the revamped website adds value by better serving the voluntary sector and providing clear and up-to-date information to all.

The new site contains a host of new improvements including:

improved information
improved site navigation
better website searching
a wider range of customer support services
helpful links to other sites containing relevant and specialised information.
 

There will be no change to the online services available online and therefore the website will continue to be the best place to search for Incorporated Societies and Charitable Trusts, upload financial statements and maintain details.
