enthuse wins national entertainment award again

Christchurch based marketing, media and events business enthuse ltd has won the Best New Zealand Entertainment Company category in the Corporate Events Guide’s People’s Choice Awards for the second year running.

Organisers say the awards honour New Zealand companies who excel in the industry of event facilities, services and management. The winning companies were generated from event planners and organisers across New Zealand who have had a positive experience with each business. Now in their third year, the Corporate Events Guide People's Choice Awards have become the most prestigious awards in the event planning industry.

“We work so hard on trying to provide event and conference entertainment and MC services that are innovative, creative, memorable, cost effective and above all enthusiastic and obviously lots of our clients think we do a great job so I am absolutely rapt with the award two years in a row,” enthuse’s chief enthusiast John McKenzie said.

“I love sitting down with a client and talking through what a client wants with regards to an MC, theming and entertainment, then throwing all sorts of ideas around – anything to add an enthusiastic creative spark to an event or conference. I look for anything to make it stand out and memorable.”

“The best part of my job is when we exceed client’s expectations – I get such a buzz out of seeing a crowd enjoying themselves and I am really proud of the track record we have developed throughout New Zealand and Australia.”

This is the third year that the Corporate Events Guide has issued the awards, which were developed to recognize the exceptional efforts from the industry leaders throughout the last year. These awards cover all aspects of event planning from Convention Centres to Entertainment companies.

The two other entertainment finalists were Wellington based corporate theatre company The Improvisers and Auckland based The Conartists.
