Fitness explosion at the Events Centre

The Taupo Events Centre will be the scene of a “fitness explosion” this Saturday.

The Les Mills National Touring Squad will be in Taupo to lead keen participants through the latest aerobic moves in a session called CollideOscope. For 90 minutes, the fitness gurus will power their way through samples from Body Balance, Body Vive, Body Jam, Body Step, Body Combat, Body Attack and Body Pump.

Taupo Events Centre is making the event free to encourage people to come and experience the world famous classes. CollideOscope is on Saturday 6 Dec from 5.30pm – 7.00pm at the Taupo Events Centre.
