BlueChip Link to Tower?

Hamilton BlueChip investor Ron Jensen has spent a year investigating the files of Trustee Executives Ltd, in relationship to BlueChip and Challenger Mortgages. With new information to light further to his research Mr Jensen believes there is a breakthrough. His research shows Trustee Executives Ltd, is the parent Company of TEA Custodian Interstar Limited, Chaired by Mr Jim Bolger. The same company reported on in the Herald on Saturday 21 February 2009.

Mr Jensen is certain there is a link between ‘Trustee Executive Ltd’, ‘Tower Mortgage Plus Funds’ and Bluechip. Embroiled in the collapse of the Bluechip Joint Venture scheme is ‘TEA Custodians Interstar Ltd.’

Ex –colleagues of Mr Jim Bolger, Chairman of Trustee Executives Ltd, were Directors on the BlueChip board when TEA Custodians Interstar Limited was in full flight, flying high with Bluechip. Former MP, Mr John Luxton, resigned from the Board of BlueChip in October 2006 at which time he wrote “I feel let down by Mr Bryers.”

It has been reported that the Serious Fraud Office is investigating the defaults of ‘Tower Mortgage Plus Funds’ and is also investigating BlueChip.

Mr Jensen’s documents show his loan obtained by BlueChip is with TEA Custodians Interstar Ltd. When BlueChip went into liquidation, out of the blue, Challenger Mortgages entered into his life demanding interest payments. This shock drove Mr Jensen to a fulltime investigation on how he became a victim facing eviction from his home.

The registered mortgage on the title of Mr Jensen property, taken out by BlueChip is recorded as TEA Custodian Interstar Ltd who are “. Challenger”

At 75 years old and living only on a pension, Mr Jensen currently has an interim mortgaged holiday with Challenger Mortgages. The web of the companies and trusts is explained in a letter from Mr Bolger to Mr Jensen last November.

Mr Jensen said from Hamilton today: “I now understand why we are getting no support from either the past and present Governments and am sure the current investigations are marred by political interference - even if behind closed doors”
