The White Ferns are travelling to Bowral this morning to prepare for tomorrow's ICC WOMEN'S WORLD CUP fixture against South Africa at The Bradman Oval.

Haidee Tiffen injured her left quadricep muscle in her side's 13 run win over Australia on sunday and wasn't considered for yesterday's win match against The West Indies.

Opening bowler Kate Pulford has recovered from her shoulder strain also suffered from the World Cup opening match and is available for selection for the South African match.

White Ferns Coach Gary Stead was adamant yesterday both players would not be considered unless they are at full fitness and the positive news for Kate Pulford is that she ihas come through the treatment well and is free of injury whether or not she plays tomorrow will be up to the tour selectors..

Haidee Tiffen's injury was a little more of a strain than Pulford's and Stead said he's mindful of the big matches next week and he will not put her under unnecessary pressure at this stage of the World Cup.

The White Ferns match starts at 10-00am local time tomorrow.
