The natural warmth of New Zealanders is legendary, and this is will be one of the focuses of The Economic Times Special Report on NZ to be published in April.

At the surface of things, India and New Zealand seem as disparate as two countries can get. One is a teeming, seething mass of people, aspirations, challenges and growth. The other is friendly, beautiful, well settled in its progress and prosperity. The two countries have steadily forged strong links in business and trade which are poised to open new and diverse opportunities in the coming years.

Graeme Russell, country representative for The Economic Times said “New Zealand and India have defined visions for economic development with long standing and warm relations between our two countries.

“There is potential for further developing bilateral trade in a number of key areas, and recent discussions between the two countries show that both Governments are keen to further develop trade opportunities”.

The Report will focus on the economic, commercial, cultural and people-to-people exchanges and contacts between India and New Zealand. To be published in April, and circulated in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore the Report will reach a discerning audience of relevant readers, including corporate and government decision makers.

Russell added "Businesses within the tourism, education and import/export sectors wanting to do business with India should take this opportunity to promote themselves."

Ends.
