Sales Training Expert comes to Bay

An expert in retail sales training will be running workshops in Hastings and Napier next week focusing on selling benefits, closing with confidence and how to up sell and cross sell with ease. Leigh Mace is the highest rated New Zealand Retailers Association presenter and is an International Training Consultant. She has a reputation for an extremely strong commitment to standards of excellence and is excited about providing workshops that will assist businesses in this current economic climate.

Following Leigh Mace’s presentation, attendees will receive a 30 minute presentation on a practical guide to retailing strategies by Brian Finlayson of the New Zealand Retail Association.
