New Chief Executive Has Strong SME Focus

Gay Rankin has been appointed Chief Executive of business advisory firm WHK Gosling Chapman, which has offices in Auckland City, North Shore City and Tauranga.
Gay is taking over the role of Chief Executive from founder Rowan Chapman, who leaves the practice on September 30. In future he will concentrate on his directorships and personal business interests.
She joins the company from the ANZ Banking Group, where her extensive career has covered roles in strategy, change management, performance management and funding and liquidity programmes.
A particular strength is her experience in working with small to medium sized
businesses to improve profitability and efficiency.
Gay is relocating from Wellington to take up the role.
