I Only Bought A Tui Calendar So I Can Remember Your Birthday - Yeah Right

The first-ever Tui Brewery Girls Calendar is due to hit the shelves – and the Tui team has added three months to the calendar in order to pack in all their favourite photos and to give the lads a little bit extra.

The calendar runs from January 2010 until March 2011 and features great shots of New Zealand’s most popular beer, its iconic brewery and its famous female employees.

But why a 15 month long calendar?

“Because Tui always likes to give the lads a little bit extra, and we had too many good photos to squeeze into a year,” says Tui brand manager Honor Dillon.

The Tui Brewery girls have been toiling away at the brewery for years, but leapt to national fame since hitting the small screens in Tui ads in 2005.

“While the girls have made many blokes happy by making beer, appearing on television and attending events, this is the first time they’ve come together for a calendar,” Honor says.

The calendar features five gorgeous brewery girls photographed around the Tui Brewery, and highlights specific events that the lads won’t want to forget, such as the Small Town Big Sounds Tui concert in Mangatainoka in February.

Honor expects the calendars to sell like cold beer on a hot day.

“They are bloody awesome – and will make any New Zealand home, workplace, canteen, office or flat a better place to be.
