ROSENDAL, NORWAY - 9 August 2009.
Jonathan Wyatt won the Nuten Opp mountain race over 3.7km rising 897m in 36m 6s. Wyatt won last year in a race record time of 35m 25s. He also won in 2007 at the same event raced over a shorter distance of 2.8km rising 630m in 17m 59s.

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS - 8 August 2009
Monique Williams won the 100m in 11.60s (+2.4) and the 200m in 23.34s (+1.0) at the EAP Amsterdam Open.

LEON, NORWAY - 15 August 2009
Skaala Opp 8.2km assending 1848m.
Jonathan Wyatt finished second in 1h 10m. John Sombol won in 1h 9m 55s.
Wyatt won last year in 1h 8m 42s. Wyatt's wife Antonella Confortola of Italy won the women's race in 1h 26m 35s.

WHANGAREI - 15 August 2009
Northland Road Championships, Harris Road
Ady Ngawati won the senior women's title held over 5km in 18m 15s. Ngawati will compete in the Lydiard's Legend's marathon next month and the national and world off road championships. Steve O'Neill won the senior men's 10km.

AUCKLAND - 16 August 2009
Auckland Road Championships, Unitec Mt Albert
Triathlete Andrew Curtayne competing for Wesley collected the senior men's 10km title in 31m 42s, just holding out Takapuna's Stephen Lett by one second.
Curtayne's twin brother William was third in 31m 53s.
The senior women's title went to Pakuranga's Lisa Robertson, who completed the 10km in 38m 47s, 22 seconds ahead of Gracie Keown with Rosana Balle third.
Jonathan Jackson retained his M19 title with Sam Morreau winning the M16 race. Lydia O'Donnell won the W19 while the W16 title went to Sally Wilkins.
