Environmental Awards Judging Complete
The judging of the Hawke’s Bay Environmental Awards entries has been completed and winners selected.
The winners, who are setting high standards in environmental achievement and innovation, will be announced at the award ceremony on Friday 30 October. This free, community event will be at the Hawke’s Bay Opera House in Hastings and starts at 7.30pm, a later start time this year.
The special guest speaker is Dr Susan Krumdieck (*see reporters note), a dynamic presenter who works in sustainable energy design. She will present the winners with their awards, designed by Havelock North artist Julia Godfree.
