Chamber Chief Executive Michael Barnett has expressed huge frustration at criticism surrounding design concepts for Queen’s Wharf.

Irrespective of any validity of their criticisms for the designs on Queen’s Wharf, many of the agencies have participated in the process and have had the opportunity to ensure the outcome was positive and successful, he said.

Waiting for the result and then shooting it down when that energy could have been used to deliver a good result for Auckland is sad for Auckland, Mr Barnett said.
