NZC - update on Daryl Tuffer injury

BLACKCAPS bowler, Daryl Tuffey, was hit in the hand by a rising delivery from Mitch Johnson during the last day of the first test in Wellington today. A precautionary X-Ray revealed he has sustained a broken meta carpal bone in his left hand.

Tuffey will undergo an operation on Thursday, which will determine the extent of damage and the length of recovery time required for the injury to mend
