"End the electrical intervention – end the Western drought. It truly is that simple," writes Scott Stevens on his website, Weatherwars.Info. I made this YouTube video using an interview Stevens had earlier in the year with Project Camelot's Whistle Blower radio, as weather modification techniques he describes in this, and on his website, have been seen occurring today in the drought-striken north, where wildlife has been effected, milk production cut dramatically and livestock culled.
