Vodafone Launches Exclusive Service for Business Customers

Today Vodafone has taken a step further in their ongoing commitment to helping business do business with the launch of 888 - a new dedicated service located in New Zealand, catering exclusively to business customers.

Vodafone business customers can now call 888 (or 0800 400 888 from a landline), anytime, to speak to a business specialist located in New Zealand. The dedicated business team has 190 allocated seats in the Vodafone call centre and all staff have been trained to deal with all landline and mobile enquiries whether about billing, service, faults or their device.

Kelly Moore, Vodafone Director of Service, says “the need for a dedicated service team, located in New Zealand and trained on the specific needs of New Zealand businesses has been highlighted in the feedback we receive from our Business customers. We are proud to make this a reality for them, and believe it is the best thing we can do to help our business customers do business.”
