IBIS Technology appoints two-person team to rollout new software

New Zealand’s leading integrated tourism software company has secured the services of a highly qualified senior manager and a software support operator to assist in delivering the nationwide rollout of the latest version of its tourism business software.

IBIS Technology has appointed Sarah Bogle who has a strong background in change management and project management to a newly created position - Implementation and Customer Manager. Emmy Gerber has been appointed to a new Customer Support role to provide support as new technology is introduced to existing and new customers.

IBIS Technology Managing Director Erik Bradshaw is delighted to make the appointments.

“We are about to roll out Nexus, our new real time, end to end business solution, to our 140 customers across New Zealand’s tourism industry. We need a seriously competent individual to oversee this project and we also need to ensure great support for our customers during the process. So we are very pleased to welcome Sarah who has a wealth of relevant technology and management experience, and Emmy who is a highly skilled help desk operator,” says Mr Bradshaw.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Sarah Bogle has over 15 years experience in the fields of change management, programme management, project management, HR and technology consulting.

“I feel I have found a really clever company with smart people running it,” says Ms Bogle. “Nexus is a highly sophisticated software programme which offers huge benefits to its users. I am delighted to have secured a challenging role with an exciting and innovative company.

Ms Gerber has relocated from Christchurch and brings a background in IT implementation to the team.

“I have several years experience in issue resolution and software support and a set of skills that are completely transferable to IBIS,” she says. “I’m looking forward to helping IBIS users get the best out of these systems and enjoy a smooth transition to the new platform.”

The two appointments are to permanent, full time positions bringing IBIS Technology’s staffing levels to 8 people across offices in Queenstown and Christchurch.
