All Blacks pop in for tea

What happens when some of New Zealand’s best-known celebrities go door knocking and get invited in for tea?

Unsuspecting residents in the North Island city of New Plymouth learned first hand recently when members of the All Blacks rugby team decided to pay locals a visit.

The down-to-earth outing was recorded by team sponsor, Adidas, as part of the build-up to the 2011 Rugby World Cup and posted on You Tube.... getting more than 3,000 hits in the first four days.

Taranaki bus trip

The video shows a group of well-known All Blacks taking an unscheduled bus trip to the Taranaki city on the west coast of New Zealand’s North Island.

The rugby stars select random streets in the suburbs and go knocking on doors - much to the surprise of locals, who all display legendary Kiwi hospitality.........
