Feedback on Naseby's Draft Community Plan
After a successful community workshop, a business survey and community survey,
the updated Draft Naseby Community Plan is now available for comment. This plan
includes multiple layers of ideas that reflect the local community’s aspirations.
Many of the actions identified in the Naseby’s original community plan are now
completed.
Mathew Begg, Council’s Community Development Manager said, “The community
considered it was time to update the community plan and this is the first community
to start version two of their plan.”
According to Naseby Vision Chairman John Crawford, the organisation sees the plan
a being a road map for its future projects and activities. He says “that he hopes that
the current draft will encourage even further input from the community about the
future shape of the town and its infrastructure.”
Feedback and suggestions are welcome. Submissions close for the Naseby Plan on
Friday, 23 July 2010.
