US and local communications experts coach Non-Profits and Community Groups
February 22nd, will see NZ Association Resource Centre Trust bring together non-profit industry executives, trustees and office bearers come together for the inaugural Marketing byAssociation Conference.
This is the first of three in a series of conference events, and is designed to present an opportunity to focus on specific key issues facing this sector.
The Marketing byAssociation Conference will cover topics such as how the right messages help you connect with your target audience, strategic planning creating clarity with your unique story and profile, engaging members, supporters and key stakeholders.
The conference comes at a time when there is a need in the sector for assistance in ensuring they’re creating the right messages to their target audience, at the right time and to enable will help participants to achieve sustainability and grow in the challenging post recession period.
Delegates from non-marketing backgrounds will benefit from learning to communicate with clarity and understanding as they engage with members and benefactors, achieving greater awareness with their audience.
The Marketing byAssociation Conference will feature an international expert, key note speaker Nancy Schwartz who will also conduct a Master Class 30 delegates. She will be supported by several highly-regarded non-profit specialists, presenting case studies and workshops.
With over 25,000 registered charities and some 35,000 registered incorporated societies, this sector (non-profits) is a major part of the community; contributing about 2.6 percent to New Zealand’s gross domestic product (GDP), and in excess of 250million volunteer hours; it is an important part of the community with significant economic impact.
Marketing byAssociation are pleased to be able to bring a wide range of experts from within the non-profit sector, including Nancy E. Schwartz from the United States; Sue McCarty of the Marketing Association of New Zealand, Don Oliver from United Way New Zealand, Graham Billings of Franchise Associations of New Zealand and Keith Norris of the Titirangi Golf Course.
The conference will present excellent networking opportunities, the sharing of first hand real life experiences and examples of information and tools with an emphasis on implementation and benefit to delegates.
