AUCKLAND

Les Mills showed Auckland commuters what they are made of this morning when they took over No. 1 Queen Street to wow unsuspecting workers with a flash mob fitness workout. Over 60 people got involved in the impromptu session, based on Les Mills’ newest group fitness programme, SH’BAMTM.

Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor, Carla Fitzsimons said, “It was amazing to see so many early morning commuters stop what they were doing and join the Les Mills team for a fun morning workout.”

Les Mills is opening a multi-million dollar fitness complex in the heart of Britomart this April, and with over $1 million invested in a stunning light and sound system, Les Mills Britomart will give an ‘exer-tainment’ experience like no other.
