Proposed classification of reserves in the city of Lower Hutt

There are 98 properties proposed for classification, and we are carrying out public consutation on our classification proposals.

Plans showing the proposed reserves are available from Hutt City Council reception, 30 Laings Road, Lower Hutt, and may be inspected without fee during ordinary business hours.

Any person wishing to make a submission or lodge an objection to the proposal to declare any of the above described land as reserve may do so in writing, setting out their reasons, to be received by Council by 5pm Friday 12 August 2011 and sent to;
