Civic Honours Awards 2011

Marlborough Mayor Alistair Sowman will present Civic Honours Awards to six people in a ceremony at the Council Chambers on Friday, 5 August 2011.

These honours are presented to recognise extraordinary service within the Marlborough district.

Mr Sowman says each of the six 2011 recipients has shown outstanding commitment to the community and Marlborough is fortunate to have people of such calibre.

Civic Honours Awards are awarded once within the term of each Council.
