Senior executive appointment in the real estate sector

Highly experienced real estate professional Richard Valintine has
rejoined leading agency Bayleys as the company’s commercial and
industrial group chief auctioneer, based in central Auckland.

Richard Valintine has enjoyed a 13-year history with Bayleys –
previously holding positions as senior national auctioneer, as well as
branch manager at the company’s Taranaki and Counties offices. He
rejoins Bayleys after a year’s break with rival real estate company
Harcourts.
