With just 25 days to go until Rugby World Cup 2011 (RWC 2011) kicks off, things are heating up in New Zealand and members of the public can share in the excitement with a number of opportunities to get up close to the teams including airport arrivals, official welcomes and public training sessions.

Teams begin arriving into New Zealand from August 29 with Fiji touching down into Auckland Airport. On arrival, each team will be greeted at the airport in true Kiwi style. Come on down to welcome your team (or adopted team) to the country.

Each team will then be officially greeted in a mixture of marae and civic ceremonies designed to give the teams a warm Kiwi welcome and for players to receive their official RWC 2011 caps, on their arrival in their first port of call in New Zealand.

Some teams are also giving fans an extra chance to see the players in action by making their training sessions open to the public. Please note that training sessions are subject to change at short notice.
