Tasman CEO Fixes Date of Departure
Tasman District Council Chief Executive Officer, Paul Wylie, will be leaving the Council on 30 September to take up his new role with the Buller District Council.
“The Council acknowledges with gratitude the enormous contribution Paul has made to the Council in his time as Chief Executive and thanks him for his contribution”, said Tasman Mayor Richard Kempthorne.
Until a new CEO is appointed Dennis Bush-King, the Council’s Environment and Planning Manager, will step into the role.
“The Council acknowledges what this will mean for Dennis during this busy time and thanks him for accepting the role.”
The Council has engaged the services of Sheffield South Island to assist in the appointment process. The advertising and search process will start shortly.
