Georgia's Lekso Gugava will have a disciplinary hearing on Monday, 3 October following a citing by Citing Commissioner Achille Reali (Italy) for a breach of Law 10.4(j), a dangerous tip tackle on Argentina No. 12 Felipe Contepomi during the Rugby World Cup 2011 Pool B match between Argentina and Georgia on 2 October.
The case will be heard by the Independent Judicial Officer Jean-Noël Couraud (France).
The hearing will take place in Auckland at 13:00.
