Caltex, a Foundation Partner of AA Smartfuel

The AA has announced today that it will launch a fuel savings programme for all New Zealand motorists, called AA Smartfuel and Caltex is a foundation partner.

AA Smartfuel will allow motorists to combine fuel discounts from different retailers and
use their total value to reduce the cost of fuel at participating service stations. Motorists
can use AA Smartfuel to get up to 50 litres of free fuel.

“Caltex is very proud to be a foundation partner of the AA Smartfuel programme,” says
Peter Morris, General Manager of Chevron New Zealand which markets the Caltex
Brand. “We’re looking forward to the official launch of the programme on November 7 to
provide our customers with some great savings opportunities.”

AA Smartfuel will be available to motorists at 153 Caltex stations across New
Zealand. AA Members will be automatically enrolled in the fuel savings programme
and receive their updated membership cards from tomorrow. Free AA Smartfuel cards
will be available at Caltex stations for non-members from the launch date.
